Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join the Global IT Asset Management team in Grand Rapids, MI. This role owns HAM, SAM, and CMDB data integrity, lifecycle execution, audit readiness, and reporting, partnering across IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security to drive governance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have IT asset governance experience, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and knowledge of enterprise service management platforms like ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset governance, lifecycle standards, and compliance support.
• Strong data analysis and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with enterprise asset management tools and audits.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of NYDFS/SOX compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for HAM, SAM, and CMDB governance and lifecycle execution.
• Maintain data integrity in ServiceNow as the system of record.
• Deliver asset reporting, KPI tracking, and audit-ready views for leadership.
• Support day-to-day audit/compliance activities (NYDFS, SOX) with evidence packages.
• Escalate lifecycle exceptions and apply HAM/CMDB policies.
• Contribute to ITAM policy SOPs and automation improvements.
• Collaborate with IT Support, Procurement, Finance, Security on governance adoption.
