iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Associate to join our team. You will help process, refurbish, and disposition IT assets while assisting with ecommerce sales.

You will handle asset testing, refurbishment, inventory control, shipping, and customer inquiries, ensuring accurate records and compliance with environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in ecommerce customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and inventory-tracking abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of IT assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and test IT assets for resale or disposal.
• Refurbish and prepare items for resale (cleaning, data wiping, re-imaging).
• Assist with listing assets on the ecommerce platform and respond to inquiries.
• Ship and receive ecommerce orders.
• Create and print shipping labels.
• Maintain ecommerce inventory and stock levels.
• Audit orders with shipping logs and inventory systems.
• Handle customer service issues related to ecommerce transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ITAD facility.
• Support end-of-life asset processing.
• Assist in the ITAD process to ensure policy compliance and environmental standards.
• Understand general ITAD practices.

Are you passionate about technology and sustainability? Join our dynamic team as an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Associate! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our ITAD business, ensuring the efficient processing, refurbishment, and disposition of IT assets as well as assisting with the e-commerce sales for the organization’s ITAD business.

• Receiving, sorting, and testing IT assets for resale or disposal
• Refurbishing and preparing IT assets for resale (cleaning, data wiping, re-imaging)
• Assisting with the organization’s e-commerce platform, including listing assets, monitoring pricing, and responding to customer inquiries
• Shipping and receiving e-commerce orders
• Creating and printing shipping labels for e-commerce shipments
• Maintaining e-commerce inventory to ensure accuracy and stock levels
• Auditing and reconciling e-commerce orders with shipping logs and inventory systems
• Handling customer service issues related to e-commerce transactions (returns, inquiries)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the ITAD facility
• Processing end-of-life assets
• Assisting in the overall ITAD process to ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards
• Understanding of general ITAD practices

Job Qualification Requirements

• Completed High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to produce a high standard deliverable while under time constraintpressure
• Experience interacting with externalcustomers, preferably in an e-commerce setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially when handling customer service issues
• Good documentation skills for tracking inventory, sales, and customer communicationMust be able to accurately follow written workinstructions
• Must be able to work in a structuredenvironment
• Must have strong organization, time management, and prioritizingskills
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, or others
• Able to drive a boxtruck
• Must have the ability to keep consistent pace while doingmonotonoustask
• Ability to work independently without constantinstruction
• Basic knowledge of IT assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals) is preferred
• Able to change from one task to anotherquickly
• Must have reliabletransportation
