Job summary

You will configure and manage hardware requests, maintain inventory for DR readiness, and collaborate with ITSM, governance, and infrastructure teams to optimize asset controls and workflows using ServiceNow HAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years in IT assets and infrastructure engineering.
• Experience tracking and managing IT assets in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle controls and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Review hardware requests and assess needs to align with hardware standards.
• Manage full hardware lifecycle for end-user devices (cradle-to-grave).
• Maintain hardware inventory for normal operations and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with ITSM and governance to improve asset workflows.
• Support and administer Windows, macOS, iOS, and infrastructure hardware.
