We are looking for an IT ASSET COORDINATOR who processes equipment change requests (ECR) and hardware and network service repairs experience. The successful candidate will act as a liaison with our client's personnel, hardware vendors, and telecom providers in order to dispatch service and maintain uninterrupted technology operations, while providing backup support to the Asset Coordination team as needed.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules andMonitors Field Services: schedules contracted personnel for work at remote sitefacilities, actively tracking project progress to completion while ensuringvendors meet contractualSLAs for response times, resolution standards,and onsite performance.
• Leads Vendor Reviews: Participates in weekly and monthly meetings with vendorsto review service delivery, address performance issues, and ensureaccountability.
• Assists with Contract Strategy: Supports the monitoring and negotiation ofsite-specific contracts with telecommunications, hardware, and cablingproviders.
• Coordinates Moves & Emergency Repairs: Manages all end-to-end requests fornew hardware, equipment relocations, and emergency response calls related tosite cabling, wiring, and phone infrastructure.
• Maintains Inventories: Oversees central inventory reserves and tracks allremote site assets, including thin clients, displays, keyboards, printers,server racks, routers, switches, power management, and remote access hardware.
• Updates Facility Floor Plans: Keeps updated, accurate site floor plans for allclient locations to share with technicians during maintenance and hardwareinstallations.
• Reviews Telecom Invoices: Reviews and processes monthly telephone invoices forremote access lines, accurately entering data into tracking systems for fiscaloversight.
• Tracks Costs & Service Logs: Maintains records of vendor service calls,resolution reports, equipment changes, and costs using specialized spreadsheetsand tracking tools.
• Serves as Primary Liaison: Communicates with client's Administrators, Managers,and IT leadership throughout the service request process.
• Supports Procurement & Process Development: Contributes to the creation ofITBs/RFPs, lifecycle management plans, pricing analyses, and standard operatingprocedures (SOPs) for asset workflows and vendor dispatching.
• Collaborates Across Teams: Partners with fellow Asset Coordinators to assistwith circuit ordering, mobile wireless device provisioning, ticket tracking inTICKETS, and asset recording in the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS),serving as a fully cross-trained backup for overall team operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree inan information technology field; AND
• 2+ years ofexperience in IT hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Working knowledge ofVisio highly preferred
• Excellent written andoral communication skills
• Ability to pass asatisfactory criminal background check
