Boardwalk Pipelines in Houston is looking for an IT Asset & Procurement Manager. This role is essential for managing end-to-end IT procurement and asset lifecycle processes. The IT Asset & Procurement Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of IT procurement, asset lifecycle management, mobile device programs, print fleet operations, and related financial processes to ensure the organization’s technology and operational needs are met efficiently, accurately, and cost‑effectively. This role serves as a central point of coordination between IT, Finance, and external vendors, managing procurement execution within Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS), working directly with hardware vendors, distributors, and resellers to secure competitive pricing, and overseeing invoice and expense management, asset lifecycle, mobile device and cellular program, and print fleet management. The manager ensures hardware readiness through inventory maintenance, coordinates termination recovery, oversees vendor relationships, supports audits and compliance, and enables reliable day‑to‑day IT and business operations.
