The role supports budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, analysis, and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include day-to-day invoice processing, PO requests, budget support, IT hardware/software procurement, RFP research, and workload management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or telecom industries.
• Ability to research and learn processes independently within short deadlines.
• Experience managing large budget data sets and invoice management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or telecom industries.
• Proficiency with SAP VIM, Excel, Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying, and ServiceNow request and ticket management.
• Ability to research and learn processes independently within short deadlines.
• Experience managing large budget data sets and invoice management.
• Willingness to research and learn new processes quickly.
• Virtual or side-by-side training with existing staff, including system access and introduction meetings (training duration: 3-5 days).
