Job summary

System One in Hershey, PA is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a 1-year onsite contract. The role focuses on supporting procurement processes and maintaining supplier relationships, with a strong emphasis on contract execution.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in procurement; Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP experience are a plus. Onsite work hours are 8 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes and supplier relationships leveraging procurement and finance knowledge
• Ensure contracts, SOWs, NDAs, etc., are well executed and maintained throughout their life cycle
• Facilitate contract renewals, terminations, and amendments
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide guidance and support for procurement and contracting excellence
• Assist with oversight of commercial contracts and legal agreements, including limited supplier negotiations
