Job summary

Google's Information Technology Apprenticeship in the United States starts February 2027 with locations in Austin, TX and New York, NY. Apprentices will learn device setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT security policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or practical IT experience.
• Not currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD IT degree program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve issues for Google's resources, tools, OS and apps locally and remotely.
• Provide remote and user IT support including root cause analysis across technologies and platforms.
• Contribute to IT projects for workflow automation and process improvements.
• Practice responsible, effective and innovative use of AI.
