Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking an IT Support & Applications Technician to design, develop, maintain, and support internal business applications, websites, integrations, and tech solutions. The role emphasizes software development, application enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment with advanced support for critical systems.

The candidate will work across the software lifecycle, build RESTful APIs, optimize performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, application support, or similar technical role preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications, business systems, and APIs.
• Develop new functionality and enhancements based on business and user requirements.
• Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable code using modern development practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Create and consume RESTful APIs and integrate internal and third-party systems.
• Monitor application functionality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for internally developed applications.
• Investigate and resolve defects, bugs, production issues.
• Perform manual and functional testing to ensure software quality.
• Document system functionality, technical specifications, processes, and application changes.
