Job summary

Integrity is seeking an IT Support & Applications Technician to design, develop, maintain, and support internal business applications and websites. The role emphasizes coding, API integration, testing, and deployment, with advanced Tier 2/3 support for critical systems.

The candidate will gather requirements, participate in SDLC, and help optimize performance and user experience. Proficiency in web technologies and VB.NET/.NET Framework is desirable, with a collaborative, continuous improvement

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in software development, application support, web development, or similar technical role preferred.
Experience developing and maintaining web applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications, business systems, and APIs.
Develop new functionality and enhancements based on business and user requirements.
Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable code using modern development practices.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
