Job summary

Premier Staffing Solution is seeking a Business Applications & Database Developer to design, develop, and support databases, data integrations, and internal applications across Sales, Product Management, Product Quality, Marketing, and ecommerce operations.

The role blends database and application development, workflow automation, and data-quality management with a focus on supporting multiple business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3+ years in database development, business application development, or a related technical role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational database design.
• Experience building internal business applications, workflow applications, or web-based tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a must.
• Experience integrating applications with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications for Sales, Product Management, Product Quality, Marketing.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain internal business applications for Sales, Product Management, Product Quality, Marketing.
• Develop databases that support product, vehicle fitment, OEM cross-reference, competitor cross-reference, customer, sales, quality information.
• Optimize database and application performance.
• Establish data-validation rules and controls to improve data completeness, consistency, accuracy, and uniqueness.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or conflicting records.
• Maintain data dictionaries, field definitions, database diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate database development.
