Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of IT Applications to lead the Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms, driving strategic roadmap, design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.
This hybrid, full-time role in Skokie, IL requires 3+ years leading IT applications in healthcare, Salesforce certifications, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions and governance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Extensive Salesforce platform leadership in enterprise/healthcare settings.
- ServiceNow platform experience is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder desirable.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end activities for the applications portfolio.
- Lead governance and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Oversee Salesforce and optional ServiceNow governance, design, and deployment.
- Direct resources and vendors for high-performance delivery.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and platform adoption metrics.
- Drive digital transformation and workflow automation initiatives.
- Contribute to budgets, policy, and talent management.
