Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Manager of IT Engineering & Technical Services in Skokie, IL. Lead development, testing, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions with a focus on reducing manual efforts and enhancing patient experience.

You will guide lifecycle management from planning to launch, build strong stakeholder relationships, and promote best practices across teams and vendors. Hybrid work model with local travel to corporate sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare IT or similar.
• Three or more years of leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

• Lead end-to-end activities for the IT engineering services portfolio.
• Provide governance and guidance for solution implementation.
