You will analyze current and proposed software to align with health system workflows and define system requirements to meet customer needs.

You will mentor team members, guide professional growth, and oversee deliverables, escalations, and engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT application teams in a health system.
• Experience with vendor-provided enterprise application software in clinical/financial/business settings.
• Ability to analyze workflows and define system requirements.
• Willingness to travel to HonorHealth sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor IT Applications staff to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex end-user issues, workflow problems, and requests for enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive workflow improvements across departments.
• Coordinate and communicate changes; ensure adherence to change management policies.
• Lead complex project implementations and coordinate with stakeholders for approvals.
