Qualifications

• Experience with CIS/ERP and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, development and testing of applications and upgrades.
• Provides technical support, maintenance, development and troubleshooting for CIS and integration with other systems.
• Develops reports, data analyses and problem resolution for internal customers.
• Manages data sync between GIS/CIS/AMI/MDM and coordinates with external providers.
• Documents work plans and supports disaster recovery planning and asset lifecycle management.
