The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in reporting automation, data-management initiatives, and systems analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to improve workflows and deliver data solutions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with preference for IT discipline; federal IT practices familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT systems analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
• Support report automation, data-management initiatives, and analytical reporting.
• Proficient with Python, Java, SQL, Tableau, and frontend web tech.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and docs.
• Familiarity with federal IT practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyze workflows to identify efficiency improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support design, testing, and maintenance of automated reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and system documentation.
