Job summary

The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), BITS Agency Success group, invites applications for an Information Technology Analyst 1 to support DESPP. The position is full-time in Middletown with a hybrid telework option and standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM hours.

You will maintain applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates with users and developers. The role emphasizes end-user support, incident resolution, documentation, and involvement in the application

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of IT operations support, programming or related IT work.
• Experience responding to technical support requests and coordinating with users.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and application environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for business applications and monitor health.
• Resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Document functionality, procedures and technical specifications.
