Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end users and enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues with stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting and data extraction using SQL or scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud and on-premise platforms such as Azure and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for end users and enterprise applications to ensure uptime, performance, and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and access issues
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements with vendors and internal teams
• Support cloud and on-premise systems, including platforms such as Azure and Microsoft 365
• Maintain and enhance standard reports and dashboards
• Automate reporting and business processes using tools such as SQL, PowerShell, or Python
• Assist departments with ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and integrations
• Lead or support internal technology initiatives from planning through implementation and end-user training
• Gather and document business requirements for technology projects
• Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams during project execution
• Track project progress and outcomes using project management tools
