Qualifications

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Server administration.
• Experience with desktop imaging and hardware repair.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Document user requests and troubleshooting steps.
• Perform onsite desktop support including hardware installation.
• Assist with IT projects and hardware/software rollouts.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across devices.
