Power Digital is seeking an Identity & Access Support specialist to process access requests, manage Okta groups, and handle license reconciliation within SLA. Advanced English and alignment with US business hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT helpdesk, IT support, or identity/access support.
• Familiarity with Okta and spreadsheets for license reconciliation.
• Advanced English and availability overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process access, license, and entitlement requests within SLA.
• Structure and maintain Okta group-based and role-based access.
• Own license management and partner with Operations on cost control.
