Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support Access Request Management and IAM tasks. You will handle user provisioning, audits, and onboarding/offboarding across enterprise apps, including AD, Azure AD, and O365, while working remotely with US hours.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with MFA and RBAC, and the ability to collaborate with clients and teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Required 3-5 years in Access Request Management and UAA operations.
• Experience with On/Off Boarding and role-based access provisioning.
• Proficient in Active Directory, Azure AD and O365 provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Handle user access management tasks and ticket fulfilment.
• Perform UAA audits and control processes.
• Manage On/Off Boarding and provisioning across apps.
• Provision accounts in AD, Azure AD and O365.
• Configure and manage MFA tasks and access controls.
• Generate status reports and dashboards for IAM metrics.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and business functions.

Job Description

• Required 3-5 years exp in to work on Access Request Management fulfilment operations and tickets within defined SLAs.
• Required to perform UAA (User Access Administration) audit activities.
• Manage On/Off Boarding tasks.
• Required to perform Application role- based access, Prov/De Provisioning tasks.
• Required to manage access of inhouse applications such as Account Creation, Modification and Deactivation
• Required to provision accounts in Enterprise directory services (Active Directory)
• Required to perform tasks in O365 User provisioning.
• Basic administration of MS Azure Active Directory
• Required to perform Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) admin tasks.
• Required to generate Status Reports, Dashboards and Quality Metrics
• Candidate will be required to interact with Client, vendors and other business functions.
• Should be ready to work in rotational shift and support over Indian Holidays and Weekends
• Should be open for 24*7 Support including Night shifts / US business hours.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
• Well versed with creating and analyzing excel data for UAA related tasks.
• Word/Excel/PowerPoint knowledge
• Basic SQL and Database Query processing knowledge and skills
• Basic understanding of MS Active Directory and Azure services
