Job summary

PVH Corp. in Normal, IL seeks an IT Analyst to support plant IT operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and efficiency. Second shift role (3:30pm-12am) with overtime/weekend flexibility; salary range $70,000–$80,000, comprehensive benefits from day one.

• IT Management: consult with plant management on continuous improvement ideas, lead projects for service improvements, assist with problem resolution, interface with Adient customers, support launches and readiness reviews, perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Team member of the Information Technology (IT) department at a Manufacturing Plant in the Automotive industry . Provide services and support to Plant Operations maximizing availability, performance and efficiency . Focus on cost effective solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.

Reporting Relationships

Direct report to the IT Manager .

Roles & Responsibilities

IT Management

• Consult with plant management on continuous improvement ideas and fulfill requests .


• Key team member of projects to deliver new initiatives and/or service improvements.


• Assist with problem management resolution and permanent corrective actions.


• Interface with internal and external Adient Customer s .


• Support IT tasks related to launches and communicating updates at readiness reviews.


• Other duties as assigned by management

IT Infrastructure & Applications

• Responsible for the daily operations of computer systems including but not limited to the following:


• Perform Level 1 , incident management, support for hardware, communications, networking, software and shop-floor systems ran at the manufacturing facility. E scalate to next level support teams if applicable .


• Monitor , event management and administration of local IT Infrastructure.


• Adhering to the processes and standards of the company.


• Provide access to IT services while complying with Security and Vulnerability standards.


• Ensure system backups are current and can be restored.


• Schedule and coordinate hardware and infrastructure installation with Corporate and 3 rd party suppliers.


• Contribute to managing Key and Operational Metrics


• Maintain d ocumentation of IT Services, Equipment and Procedures

Experience & Skills

• Minimum Required:


• IT Analyst = 2 + years IT related experience.


• C ommunication, analytical , project management, and problem-solving skills .


• Support multiple work streams.


• A d esire to have broad responsibilities and work in fast paced environment .


• Windows administrative knowledge (Servers and PCs)


• Experience with Networking Infrastructure and Architecture

• Additional Desired:


• E xperience in a manufacturing environment , ideally automotive industry .


• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience .


• Basic database knowledge an d report writing skills .

Education & Training

• Required:


• Bachelor s' Degree in IT .


• O r Associates/ Technical Degree in IT related field o f study with 2 + years of experience or additional equivalent experience.


• Desired:


• Technical Certifications .


• Continuous Improvement training.

Other Requirements

• 7x24 on-call availability for critical plant operation system support


• Willingness to work overtime and weekends


• This role partners closely with production and engineering teams to ensure systems are configured to support accurate MODAPTS (Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards) data collection, analysis, and reporting for operational efficiency.


• This Position is for 2nd Shift: (3:30pm-12am) However, must be flexible.


• Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000
