Job summary

Brazosport College in Lake Jackson, TX, seeks an AOS, IT to provide administrative and operational support to the Information Technology department. The role includes procurement, asset records, budgeting, scheduling, travel processing and documentation.

You will coordinate equipment installation, manage inventory, assist with reporting, training scheduling, helpdesk support, and maintain department communications. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the CIO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of equipment and inventory management with follow-up.
• Coordinate LT budget needs and reporting for equipment requirements.
• Assist scheduling training, processing expense reports, coordinating travel, and organizing meetings/events.
• Learn Helpdesk tools and guide clients to internal support resources via phone, email, or chat.
