You will handle basic tech support, system tasks, asset inventory, and documentation while upholding core values and guest confidentiality.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional hospitality, teamwork, and flexibility to cover varied hours including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide responsive IT support for software, hardware, and networks.
• Perform basic system administration tasks and log issues.
• Manage IT asset inventory and vendor communications.
• Monitor MSP tickets and escalate as needed.
• Provide on-site A/V support for meetings and events.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and guides.
• Uphold brand standards and confidentiality in guest interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Technology.
