Paws Up Montana seeks an Assistant Activities Manager to plan, organize, and deliver premier outdoor activity programs on a 37,000-acre ranch. You will lead guides, manage schedules, and ensure safety and hospitality standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will collaborate with guest experience teams, oversee equipment maintenance, and adapt to last-minute changes to deliver world-class guest experiences while upholding resort values and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in outdoor recreation, resort activity operations, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong scheduling, time management, and guest service skills.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling software and office tools; safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Plan and anticipate guest volume to manage daily and weekly staffing schedules.
• Lead the activity guide team and maintain safety protocols.
• Deliver world-class outdoor experiences with proactive guest engagement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety checks, and stewardship.
• Collaborate with guest experience, concierge, and other departments.
• Enforce safety, risk management, and emergency procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
