Job summary

The Maryland Department of Disabilities Assistive Technology Program (MDTAP) is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop accessible eLearning modules, coordinate SCORM content in the Workday Learning system, and support IT accessibility initiatives across state agencies.

You will partner with MDTAP leadership to translate policies into practical training resources for staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years designing, developing, and publishing interactive eLearning modules.
• Three years administering SCORM-compliant learning content in LMS like Workday Learning.
• Three years applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish engaging eLearning modules and courses.
• Assist with creating and maintaining SCORM-compliant content in the LMS.
• Evaluate and implement accessibility testing across documents and learning materials.
• Provide training resources and support for state staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with DoIT and MDTAP leadership on IT accessibility initiatives.
