The Maryland Department of Disabilities seeks an IT Accessibility Training Specialist to design and deliver eLearning modules, administer the LMS, and conduct accessibility evaluations for state agencies and the public. You will serve as a subject matter expert on digital accessibility and translate policy topics into clear training materials.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; four years of administrative or professional work (or substitute bachelor's/master's degree or military service)
• Three years of experience designing and developing eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline 360 or Rise 360
• Three years of experience administering and managing SCORM-compliant learning content in Learning Management Systems such as Workday Learning
• Three years of expertise applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories to create engaging training programs
• Experience in accessibility testing of web-based material, digital content, and applications
• Ability to translate complex technical and policy topics into clear instructional materials and standard operating procedures

• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories to training programs
