Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Leader to grow and lead a team serving ISV customers. You will hire, mentor, and coach Architects, guide large-scale cloud migrations, and partner with product teams to craft innovative solutions for customers.

You will develop relationships with technical executives, promote AWS leadership principles, and drive documentation and public speaking to share learnings across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
• Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects.
• Coach team in transferring deep technical knowledge to ISV customers.
• Lead architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployments and migrations.
• Educate customers on AWS value proposition and best practices.
