Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a solutions architect to partner with ISV accounts, drive Bedrock adoption, and guide modern SaaS architectures across AWS workloads. You will translate ISV needs into secure, scalable cloud designs and help customers accelerate AI-enabled product experiences.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, executive relationship-building, and strategic guidance to modernize ISV SaaS platforms with Bedrock and related AWS services.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with generative AI architectures (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows, Bedrock).
• Ability to connect architecture decisions to ISV business outcomes (ARR, margins, customer acquisition).
• Understanding of SaaS architecture patterns: multi-tenancy, control planes, consumption metering, CI/CD at scale.
• Familiarity with AWS Marketplace, ISV Accelerate, and AWS Partner Network programs.
• Hands-on experience migrating production AI workloads to Bedrock and benchmarking/cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ISV account teams to formulate and execute technical strategies that drive AWS adoption and platform modernization.
• Drive adoption of Amazon Bedrock as the unified endpoint for frontier foundation models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Meta Llama, Amazon Nova) — helping ISVs consolidate fragmented AI vendor relationships into a secure, cost-optimized access layer.
• Advise ISVs on migrating from direct model provider agreements to Bedrock, articulating governance, cross-model flexibility, guardrails, and EDP drawdown.
• Enable ISVs to embed GenAI capabilities into their products using Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and model customization.
• Advise on AWS Marketplace listing strategies, private offer structures, and co-sell motions to accelerate ISV revenue growth.
• Design and validate architectures for ISV SaaS workloads — including multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, and modern application patterns (containers, serverless, microservices, event-driven).
• Build executive-level technical relationships with ISV CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Drive product feedback loops by translating ISV pain points into feature requests for AWS service teams.
