Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support a software development environment. The role covers IA activities including policy implementation, vulnerability monitoring, RMF artifacts, and security assessments.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years IA/SA experience, DoD Secret clearance, and Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 Baseline certification within 3 months. Relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in Information Assurance or System Administration.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Implement security program and policies for assigned information systems.
• Maintain knowledge of system functions, security policies, and safeguards.
• Monitor resources for vulnerabilities and report to ISSM for Windows Server and VMware environments.
• Contribute to RMF Body of Evidence artifacts and Security Controls Assessment.
• Assist in creation of Security Assessment Reports.
