Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring an Information System Security Officer to support a software development environment at Hill AFB, Utah.

The ISSO will perform information assurance activities, implement the security program, monitor for vulnerabilities, and assist in RMF artifacts and the Security Assessment Report. Requirements include an 8+ year IA/Sys Admin background, Security+ or DoD 8570 baseline within 3 months, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years in Information Assurance or System Administration.
• Security+ certification or DoD 8570.01 Baseline within 3 months of hire.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start; security investigations may apply.
• Experience with DoD Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement the security program and policies for assigned Information Systems.
• Monitor system resources for vulnerabilities or ongoing attacks and report to the ISSM.
• Contribute to RMF Body of Evidence artifacts and Security Controls Assessment.
• Assist in creating the Security Assessment Report.
