Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking an Information Security Analyst to serve as the Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO) for a NAVAIR program in Patuxent River, MD.

The role focuses on RMF activities, vulnerability management, and system security assessments in a classified environment. The selected candidate must meet DoD 8570-1M certification requirements and hold an active DoD Secret clearance to start.

Qualifications

• RMF and RMF-based authorization knowledge required.
• Experience with cybersecurity and IA in DoD/NAVAIR environments.
• Must meet DoD 8570-1M certification requirements to start.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO for designated NAVAIR program.
• Manage day-to-day cybersecurity activities.
• Develop RMF authorization packages and documentation.
• Prepare IATTs and Use Case MFRs for development/testing.
• Prepare for CyberSafe authorization in parallel with system authorizations.
• Establish cybersecurity policies and implement a Cybersecurity Plan.
• Perform asset and vulnerability management via VRAM reporting.
• Conduct system security assessments and coordinate with SMEs.
