Job summary

Rollout Systems seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support enterprise IT for a warfighter customer onsite. The role focuses on RMF processes, security governance, and collaboration with SMEs to ensure compliance and robust cybersecurity across the program.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in information systems security, hands-on RMF experience, and familiarity with tools like eMASS, STIG Viewer, and VRAM in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of information systems security experience.
• Experience as ISSO in RMF processes.
• Experience with cybersecurity/A&A tools: eMASS, eMASSter, STIG Viewer, SCC, VRAM, Visio.
• ITI systems and subsystems knowledge; project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for a designated NAVAIR program.
• Manage day-to-day cybersecurity activities, including oversight of less senior staff and their responsibilities.
• Perform duties of the RMF ISSO role, including: Develop platform RMF authorization packages.
• Prepare/Update RMF documentation.
• Prepare IATTs and Use Case MFRs as required to support development and testing.
• Prepare for CyberSafe authorization in parallel with the system authorizations.
• Establish Cybersecurity policies IAW security control implementations.
• Implement a Cybersecurity Plan.
• Perform asset and vulnerability management via VRAM reporting.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and system authorization activities through collaboration with SMEs.
• Perform system security assessments.
• Evaluate and report software IAW DITPR/DADMS requirements.
