Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) II to safeguard DoD information systems at Andrews AFB. The position requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of RMF package development or evidence-building experience.
• SAP experience.
• Previous roles as System/Network Administrator or ISSO.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Strong knowledge of RMF.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ISSM in meeting duties and responsibilities.
• Prepare, review, and update authorization packages.
• Ensure procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware/media are in place.
• Notify ISSM of changes affecting authorization determinations.
• Conduct periodic reviews of information systems for compliance with security packages.
• Coordinate changes to hardware/software/firmware with ISSM and AO/DAO.
• Monitor recovery processes to ensure security features are restored.
• Keep security documentation current and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Ensure audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented.
