Radiance Technologies seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support cybersecurity operations for a DoD SAP environment. You will develop and maintain the SSP, POA&M, Security Assessment Plan, and related artifacts for the Security Authorization Package, working with the AO through the SCA.

Formación

• Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity regulations, standards, and tools.
• Experience with RMF, vulnerability management, system hardening, and secure coding practices.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience using SIEM tools to support security auditing and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and coordination across teams.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Produce, develop, and maintain SSP, POA&M, Security Assessment Plan, and other artifacts for Security Authorization Package.
• Submit complete package to AO through SCA; support ISSMs across systems.
• Implement and enforce DoD cybersecurity policies for IS and PIT systems.
• Verify security clearances and training before access to DoD systems.
• Coordinate corrective actions for cybersecurity incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date cybersecurity documentation for authorized users.
• Review reports from penetration tests, code analysis, and vulnerability scans.
• Analyze network architecture, data flows, org charts, and personnel for vulnerabilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement of system security postures and secure development.
