Radiance Technologies seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support DoD cybersecurity for Army Space and Missile Defense Command programs. You will develop and maintain security documentation, ensure RMF compliance, and coordinate risk management activities across system lifecycles.

Responsibilities include preparing SSP and POA&Ms, supporting ISSMs, and enforcing DoD cyber policies for IS and PIT environments, with a focus on secure integration and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD RMF and security documentation.
• 5+ years in the full cybersecurity lifecycle for DoD systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience with SAP information systems and JSIG guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Familiarity with ACAS, eMASS and HBSS tools.

Responsabilités

• Produce, develop, and maintain SSP, POA&M, and other Security Authorization Package artifacts.
• Submit complete packages to AO via SCA.
• Support ISSMs in cybersecurity responsibilities across systems.
• Enforce DoD cybersecurity policies for IS and PIT systems.
• Verify security clearances and appropriate training before access.
• Coordinate corrective actions for vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Ensure proper reporting channels for threats and events.
