Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking an entry-level Industrial Security Specialist to support the document control team and ensure compliance for a cleared workforce handling classified material.

You will apply DoD policies, handle sensitive information, and collaborate with the FSO on security processes while working on-site at the McKinney facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and up to 1 year prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material/information.
• Audit and accountability for classified asset management in internal system of accountability.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare written reports for FSO.
• Assist with day-to-day interaction with internal customers to include area custodian training updates, and pin/combo changes.
• Be willing/able to assist with personnel security processes (e.g., access lists, RCAST, PCL, visit requests) upon request.
