Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to support a government customer in San Antonio, Texas. You will oversee RMF processes, ensure ATOs, and coordinate with eMASS, ITIPS, and ACAS to maintain secure systems.

The role requires five+ years of RMF experience, DoD 8140 certifications, and an active SECRET clearance. You will advise leadership on risk, perform vulnerability assessments, and maintain security documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
• Must meet DoD 8140 certifications (CASP+, CISSO, CCSP, SEC+).
• Minimum five years’ RMF experience and cybersecurity services.

Responsabilités

• Provide ISSM cybersecurity support for RMF, ATOs, and DoD systems.
• Validate baseline certification and training per DoD 8140 before granting access.
• Advise senior management on risk, security posture, and changes.
• Maintain RMF artifacts and SPP/POAM documentation.
• Coordinate with eMASS, ITIPS, and ACAS for audits and inspections.
• Administer system security plans and SARs; oversee STIG remediation.
