Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in San Antonio, TX to provide cybersecurity support for our government customer. The role focuses on RMF, ATO, and eMASS management across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and related enclaves.

The ISSM will validate personnel certifications, oversee risk assessments, and coordinate with DoD and government stakeholders to sustain compliance. A TOP SECRET clearance and Security+ certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RMF experience and cybersecurity services
• Must hold a Security+ certification
• Willingness to sign an NDA

Responsibilities

• Validate RMF/ATO status and maintain certification documentation.
• Administrate eMASS and RMF artifacts across TSRL environments.
• Advise leadership on risk, posture, and remediation actions.
• Coordinate with audit teams during cybersecurity inspections and assessments.
• Support system discovery and categorization for RMF in eMASS.
