Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in San Antonio, TX to support our government customer. The ISSO will oversee RMF, ATO, and eMASS processes, ensuring security controls for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, DREN, and related enclaves.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, documentation, and coordination with senior leadership and auditors. A Security+ certification and an active SECRET clearance are required, with a US citizenship status.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year RMF experience delivering cybersecurity services.
• Must hold a Security+ certification.
• Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities

• Provide ISSO cybersecurity support for DoD and government networks including NIPRNet, SIPRNet and related enclaves.
• Coordinate RMF/ATO processes and maintain eMASS documentation and artifacts.
• Advise leadership on risk posture and security controls across TSRL and related systems.
• Maintain system hardening (STIG) and remediation actions from audits and inspections.
• Assist with documentation, policy development and coordination with external agencies as needed.
