Job summary

Bestica Inc. seeks an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity services at Joint Base San Antonio–Fort Sam Houston, TX, supporting TSRL, Bioeffect Division, and AFRL enterprise with RMF compliance.

The role requires a BS in IT/Cybersecurity, 5+ years RMF experience, DoD 8140/8570.01-M training, a current Security+ certification, NDA, and on-site work. Secret Clearance is highly desirable; benefits include PTO, paid holidays, 401k match.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology or Cybersecurity required.
• At least 5 years of RMF experience with cybersecurity services.
• DoD 8140.03 education, training, or certifications per DFARS 252.239-7001.
• Current Security Plus Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ISSM cybersecurity support for NIPRNet, DREN, RDTE, SIPRNet, and standalone enclaves/systems.
• Perform ISSM duties under DoD 8570.01-M / DoDI 8140; validate baselines for access; manage PAAs; audit privileged accounts.
