Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead security management for our information systems in Glen Burnie, MD.

The role requires coordinating RMF/DoD processes, maintaining accreditation artifacts, and overseeing security operations with a focus on safeguarding sensitive information. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for classified systems, manage BoE documentation, and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAM Level 2-3 certification within 6 months of hire.
• 5+ years IT experience in a classified environment or 3+ years as ISSM/ISSO in gov/industrial security.

Responsibilities

• Implement RMF/DSA process for classified systems.
• Serve as primary contact for classified systems.
• Produce and maintain BoE docs: risk assessments, SSPs, POA&Ms.
• Maintain day-to-day security posture and continuous monitoring.
• Coordinate vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Interface with auditors, program managers, and security staff.
