Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to support our Huntsville, AL site. This role focuses on RMF assessment and A&A for tactical systems, including security control selection, accreditation package management, and DoD DoD RMF framework alignment.

The candidate will join a Cyber Compliance Team performing hardware and software cybersecurity analyses and ensuring DoD security requirements are met. A US Citizenship and active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in information systems security management.
• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance (Top Secret SCI a plus) and ability to maintain.
• Associates degree in engineering, IT, or cyber-related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical evaluations of equipment, software, full systems, or network against NIST controls.
• Select and assess security controls; complete accreditation packages and mitigations.
• Must have experience with eMASS and RMF A&A activities.
• Identify risks and document threats across a system's lifecycle; coordinate certification activities.
• Collaborate with developers to update RMF/POA&M documentation and maintain security posture.
