Job summary

MBL Technologies is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to provide cybersecurity leadership for assigned information systems and programs. You will lead RMF activities, support ATO processes, manage risk and remediation, and oversee ISSOs and security staff.

The role requires active Secret clearance and onsite work 3–5 days/week in Crystal City, MD with a strong emphasis on governance, compliance, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• CISSP or DoD 8140-aligned certification required (e.g., CISSP).
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information assurance, or ISSS roles.
• Experience leading cybersecurity governance, compliance, or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF implementation across information systems, programs, or enclaves.
• Support Authority to Operate activities; ensure documentation is audit-ready.
