Job summary

Ignite Now seeks an Information Systems Security Manager to lead RMF compliance for tactical DoD systems in Huntsville, AL. The role supports a Cyber Compliance Team, performs security assessments, and ensures continuous RMF compliance for data processing and mission systems.

Ideal candidates hold an active Secret clearance or higher, an Associate degree, and experience with DoD STIGs, RMF, and security assessment tools in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD RMF process and NIST security controls.
• Familiarity with RMF packages, A&A, and DOD risk management.
• Knowledge of DoD security requirements and vulnerability assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate security posture evaluations against NIST controls.
• Select and assess security controls and maintain accreditation packages.
• Work with DoD RMF and ensure timely documentation and artifacts.
• Identify and document security threats across system lifecycles.
