Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information Security Manager (ISSM) for the CEMA program in Huntsville, Alabama. The role focuses on cybersecurity compliance, RMF accreditation, and continuous monitoring for a software-based DoD tool.

On-site work is required with cross-functional collaboration to maintain secure systems. Applicants should have active Secret clearance eligibility for TS/SCI, a 8+ year Bachelor’s or 6+ year Master’s, and current security certifications (CISSP/CISM).

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s with 6+ years; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Current cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of DoD policies, frameworks (NIST 800-53, RMF, FISMA, ICD 503, JSIG).
• Experience building/maintaining an ATO for software offerings.
• Experience with system security engineering, risk management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong understanding of cloud and network security, and common security tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on cybersecurity compliance for the program.
• Facilitate ATO approvals and ISAs with the customer and stakeholders.
• Coordinate continuous monitoring with ISSOs and Cyber Security Engineers.
• Oversee security scans of code in product development environments.
• Develop and maintain policies to meet DoD standards (RMF, NIST, FISMA).
• Lead artifact creation for compliance and risk remediation.
