Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee the cybersecurity posture of DoD information systems for a fast-paced Air Force Life Cycle Management Center program. You will develop security policies, conduct risk assessments, manage RMF accreditations, and lead continuous monitoring with cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaborating with ISSOs and Cyber Security Engineers, executing ATO processes, and maintaining security documentation to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI prior to start date.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years; higher experience may substitute degree.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification required.
• In-depth DoD cybersecurity policies, frameworks (NIST 800-53, RMF, FISMA, ICD 503, JSIG).
• Experience with cloud security and building/maintaining ATO for cloud-based information systems.
• Experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Strong understanding of security controls, cloud/network security, and common cybersecurity tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on cybersecurity compliance / information assurance.
• Collaborate with ISSOs and Cyber Security Engineers to execute continuous monitoring.
• Manage operational cybersecurity posture of networks with NOC/SOC and Cloud Teams.
• Facilitate ATO/ATE/ATC/ISA processes with stakeholders and customers.
• Develop and maintain security policies and documentation per DoD standards (NIST, RMF, FISMA).
• Oversee security posture of DoD information systems for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments and remediation planning.
• Coordinate incident response and report to leadership and government customers.
• Provide security training and maintain SSPs, risk assessments, and POA&Ms.
