Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to oversee the cybersecurity posture of DoD information systems for a fast-paced Air Force Life Cycle Management Center program. This on-site role requires DoD RMF, risk assessments, security policy development, and continuous monitoring across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold TS clearance with SCI eligibility and certifications such as CISSP/CISM, and have cloud security and ATO experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• Deep knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF procedures.
• Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based ATO development.
• Experience with risk management and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on cybersecurity compliance and information assurance.
• Collaborate with ISSOs and Cyber Security Engineers to execute continuous monitoring.
• Manage operational cybersecurity posture across networks with NOC/SOC and Cloud teams.
• Facilitate ATO/ATE/ATC/ISA processes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain security policies and documentation per DoD standards.
• Oversee security posture to meet confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Perform risk, vulnerability assessments and audits with remediation plans.
• Coordinate security controls with cross-functional teams.
• Lead incident response coordination and reporting to government customers.
• Provide security training and awareness programs.
