Job summary

Amentum seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to lead cybersecurity at AUTEC in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time on-site role oversees RMF, ATO maintenance, and government liaison for DoD systems across enterprise IT, test ranges, and operational tech.

Required are 8+ years in information security with DoD RMF experience and a Secret clearance; travel to remote sites may be needed. On-site leadership of ISSOs and cybersecurity staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD RMF experience and SSP/POA&M authoring.
• Hands-on RMF-to-ATO for DoD systems with security artifacts.
• Experience with STIGs/SRGs and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong written/verbal risk communication to leadership and auditors.
• Ability to travel and work on AUTEC site, including remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF steps, organize authorization packages in eMASS.
• Own continuous monitoring, risk tracking and ATO expirations.
• Oversee incident response plans and government reporting.
• Supervise ISSOs and cybersecurity technicians; ensure DoD 8570/8140 quals.
