Job summary

Ceragon Networks is seeking an experienced Controller to lead finance activities for its Israel operations. You will own the Israel financial results, provide management with insights, ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, and support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis.

The role requires strong accounting expertise, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli tax regulations and statutory reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with US GAAP and ERP systems (Oracle EBS is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own Israel entity's financial results (P&L, balance sheet, expenses).
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Analyze performance; identify risks, trends, opportunities.
• Partner with Israel leadership and managers as finance advisor.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and business cases for decisions.
• Monitor key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Oversee local tax reporting, VAT, audits, and statutory filings.
• Maintain strong internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; foster ownership.
